Spider Eggs Halloween Treats
If you're looking for scary desserts for Halloween, add these Spider Eggs Halloween Treats to your Halloween party menu. They're creepy but delicious to eat!
Servings: 28 balls
Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies regular, NOT double stuffed
- 1 (8oz.) block cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Place Oreo cookies (filling and all) into a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs.
- Mix in cream cheese until dough forms.
- Roll into balls (about 1-2 inches big) and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Place in freezer for 20-30 minutes.
- Add powdered sugar to a container and place a few Oreo balls at a time. Place lid on top and shake until balls are coated.
- Repeat until all balls are covered with powdered sugar.
- Store Oreo balls in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.
Notes
- Refrigerator: Place in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- Freezer: Place in a airtight container or freezer bag with parchment paper in between layers. Store in freezer for up to 2 months. Thaw out in fridge overnight.
