Slow Cooker Ritz Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 10.5 oz can of cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 ½ cup of crushed up ritz crackers
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl, mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Set aside.
  • Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl and mix together with the crushed up ritz crackers. Set aside.
  • Spray the inside of an 8 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and place chicken breasts to the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Pour the soup and sour cream mixture over top of the chicken. Spread around with the back of a spoon making sure to cover the chicken.
  • Sprinkle the Ritz crackers crumbs mixture over top making sure to coat evenly.
  • Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours.
    Sprinkle parsley or green onion over top and serve!

Notes

  • To Store: Place remaining leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
  • To Freeze: Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 6 months.
  • To Reheat: If frozen, place in fridge overnight to thaw. Reheat in microwave to desired temperature.
