Slow Cooker Pork Chops and Gravy

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • ¾ cup beef broth
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  • Add sliced onions and mushrooms to the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Place pork chops on top. 
  • Season with pepper. 
  • Mix beef broth, soup mix, and cream of mushroom soup together. 
  • Pour over the top of the pork chops. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until pork chops are tender. 
  • Remove pork chops from the slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, mix together cornstarch and water. 
  • Add mixture to slow cooker and whisk together until thickens like gravy. 
  • Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.

Notes

  • To Store: Place the pork chops and gravy in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
  • To Reheat: When reheating the pork chops, heat to desired temperature in microwave or on stovetop. Might need to add a little of bit of milk to thin out the gravy.
