- 3 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (12oz.) bag frozen vegetables; peas, carrots, green beans and corn or any variety
- 1 (10 count) can biscuits
- ½ onion, diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- Pepper to taste
Add chicken to the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour chicken broth over top.
Add cream of chicken soup, diced onions, veggies and seasonings.
Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
Remove chicken from crock pot and shred with forks. Return chicken back to crock pot.
Cut biscuits into fourths and place on top. Cover and cook for another 1-2 hours or until biscuits are cooked through.
Serve warm in bowls and enjoy!
