Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (12oz.) bag frozen vegetables; peas, carrots, green beans and corn or any variety
  • 1 (10 count) can biscuits
  • ½ onion, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add chicken to the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour chicken broth over top.
  • Add cream of chicken soup, diced onions, veggies and seasonings.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
  • Remove chicken from crock pot and shred with forks. Return chicken back to crock pot.
  • Cut biscuits into fourths and place on top. Cover and cook for another 1-2 hours or until biscuits are cooked through.
  • Serve warm in bowls and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
