Using a syringe fill shot cups with 0.25 ounce white colored jello on top of black layer. Place in fridge for 30 minutes or until set.
Repeat the steps again for another layer of black jello and white jello allowing it to set in the fridge in between layers. For the last white layer, leave in fridge overnight.
Blood Splatter Topping
Using a standing mixer, beat egg white, cream of tartar, powdered sugar, and vanilla until combined and holds a soft peak, about 5 - 7 minutes. If too runny, beat in another ½ cup powdered sugar.
Mix in 5-7 drops or more if needed of super red food coloring till it looks dark as blood.
Beat in about 2 tablespoons of water to ‘thin’ the icing out and falls off a spoon like lava.
For this messy part, cover the area with trash bags. Dip a fork into red icing and fling at the jello shots to create a blood splatter look. Be creative with your blood splatter!
Once your shots are covered in blood, allow icing to dry, place them on a serving platter and enjoy!
