- 2 cans biscuits 16 biscuits total
- 1 8 oz package pepperoni cut each pepperoni into 4 pieces
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Pizza or marinara sauce for dipping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Remove biscuits from package and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, crushed red pepper and Italian seasoning. Then, add the shredded cheeses and biscuits and toss everything together till it's evenly coated.
Spray or grease a Bundt pan and transfer the mixture to the pan and bake for about 30 minutes uncovered. Make sure to keep checking on the pizza bread so they don't burn.
Serve alone or dip in pizza or marinara sauce.
