Prosciutto Mozzarella Eyeballs
Prosciutto Mozzarella Eyeballs are a fun and creepy Halloween appetizer that is sure to be a hit at your Halloween party!
Servings: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 8 Prosciutto slices
- 8 Mozzarella balls
- 8 Stuffed olives
Instructions
- Cut the ends off stuffed olives.
- Make a small round cut on the top of the mozzarella balls so it's big enough to place the sliced olive in.
- Roll prosciutto into thirds and wrap around mozzarella ball.
- Place on a platter and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Can add a paper towel in the bottom of the container to help absorb moisture.
