1poundlean ground beef
2cupsfrozen peppers and onions
½teaspoonpepper
½teaspoongarlic salt
12slicesprovolone cheese
12count slider bunsI used Hawaiian rolls
3tablespoonsbutter
2teaspoonssesame seeds
Parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a large skillet over medium high heat add ground beef, peppers and onions and cook until the meat is browned and cooked through. Drain off any grease or liquid.
Add 6 slices of provolone cheese to the pan and stir until all the cheese is melted and mixed into the meat mixture.
Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom half of the buns in a 9x13 baking dish. Add the meat mixture, then the remaining provolone cheeses slice and add top buns.
Melt the butter in the microwave for a few seconds and brush over top of the sliders and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until just golden brown. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve!
