Tips for Making Homemade Sushi Rolls
- Use the Juilenne technique for your vegetables if you plan to add some into your sushi.
- Use plastic wrap on top of the sushi mat to help prevent things from falling apart and making a mess.
- Swap out the crab with salmon, shrimp, etc.
- Don't overstuff the sushi rolls, or it will make a mess when you go to roll up the sushi.
- Use a sharp knife to cut your rolls. This will help prevent them from falling apart and ensure neat, clean slices.
