Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mozzarella
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Parchment Paper
  • Marinara Sauce optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Using a cheese grater shred the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and egg.
  • Add the cheesy breadstick mixture on prepared baking sheet and flatten it out in a square shape. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning over top. Using a pizza cutter, cut into breadsticks and serve with marinara sauce.
