- 1 Cup Mozzarella
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- Parchment Paper
- Marinara Sauce optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Using a cheese grater shred the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and egg.
Add the cheesy breadstick mixture on prepared baking sheet and flatten it out in a square shape. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning over top. Using a pizza cutter, cut into breadsticks and serve with marinara sauce.
