Low Carb Alfredo Sauce

- ¼ cup butter I like to use Kerrygold butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- Black pepper to taste
Melt butter in a medium saucepan on medium heat.
Once butter is melted, add minced garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Add the heavy cream to the saucepan and bring to a shimmer. Once it begins to thicken reduce heat a bit.
Reduce the heat to low and whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
Add black pepper to taste, stir and remove from burner.
Serve immediately over zucchini spirals or anything else you wish to have Alfredo sauce on.
