- 1 package American Wagyu Tenderloin Pieces from Snake River Farms
- ½ large onion sliced
- 1 green Pepper sliced
- 1 orange pepper sliced
- 1 yellow pepper sliced
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1 jalapeño seeds removed and sliced
- 4 oz. mushrooms sliced
- 2 tbsp Texas beef BBQ rub
- Olive oil
- Hoagie loaf
Prep vegetables by washing them and cutting per ingredients above and set aside.
Season beef and vegetables with Texas beef BBQ rub or any kind of seasoning you would like.
Add oil to flat top grill if using or in pan. Sauté vegetables and tenderloin pieces over high heat until sautéed thoroughly.
Before tenderloin pieces are almost done, chop the meat until it's in smaller pieces.
Once meat is cooked, put the meat in line on the flat top grill as long as your bread. Place cooked vegetables on top and add shredded cheese. While cheese is melting, toast the bun on both sides for a few minutes.
Scoop the cheesesteak mixture on top of the toasted hoagie style bun, cut into 2-4 pieces and serve warm.
