Keto Street Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs shredded chicken
  • 1 bag of shredded lettuce
  • 1 bag of shredded or grated mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag of cabbage with carrots
  • Low carb Salsa
  • Low carb cilantro avocado dressing

Instructions

  • Prepare your shredded chicken either in a crockpot, instant pot, air fryer or stove top.
  • When the chicken is done cooking shred chicken with a fork or using a mixer.
  • Using a big enough plate make your arrangement of toppings with lettuce, cheese, cabbage, chicken, salsa and cilantro avocado dressing. 
  • Use low carb tortilla wraps, lettuce, or cheese for shells. 
  • Build your keto street tacos by piling on the toppings to your liking. 
  • Enjoy! 

Notes

Shortcut: Buy premade shredded chicken in the deli or they have a really good one at Sam's Club in the refrigerated section by the meats.
