shredded chicken
1
bag of shredded lettuce
1
bag of shredded or grated mild cheddar cheese
1
bag of cabbage with carrots
Low carb Salsa
Low carb cilantro avocado dressing
Instructions
Prepare your shredded chicken either in a crockpot, instant pot, air fryer or stove top.
When the chicken is done cooking shred chicken with a fork or using a mixer.
Using a big enough plate make your arrangement of toppings with lettuce, cheese, cabbage, chicken, salsa and cilantro avocado dressing.
Use low carb tortilla wraps, lettuce, or cheese for shells.
Build your keto street tacos by piling on the toppings to your liking.

Shortcut: Buy premade shredded chicken in the deli or they have a really good one at Sam's Club in the refrigerated section by the meats.
