Keto Shrimp Pesto Pizza

Ingredients

  • Fathead dough
  • ¼ cup pesto sauce
  • 8 oz frozen or fresh shrimp tails off and deveined
  • 6 oz ball fresh mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Make the Fathead dough.
  • Lay a piece of parchment paper down, add the dough to the top and then lay another piece of parchment paper on top of the dough.
  • Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to form a pizza crust. 
  • Take off the top parchment paper and leave the bottom one for the dough to set on and bake the dough for 7 minutes on a round pizza pan.
  • When finished baking, take the pizza crust out of the oven and set aside.
  • Turn down the oven temperature to 350 degrees.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until almost done.
  • Spread the pesto sauce to the pizza crust.
  • Spread the shrimp throughout the crust on top of the pesto sauce.
  • Cut the mozzarella cheese into ½ inch slices.
  • Spread them around the top of the pizza. 
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Cut into slices and serve immediately.
