Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Make the Fathead dough.
Lay a piece of parchment paper down, add the dough to the top and then lay another piece of parchment paper on top of the dough.
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to form a pizza crust.
Take off the top parchment paper and leave the bottom one for the dough to set on and bake the dough for 7 minutes on a round pizza pan.
When finished baking, take the pizza crust out of the oven and set aside.
Turn down the oven temperature to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until almost done.
Spread the pesto sauce to the pizza crust.
Spread the shrimp throughout the crust on top of the pesto sauce.
Cut the mozzarella cheese into ½ inch slices.
Spread them around the top of the pizza.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Cut into slices and serve immediately.
