- 10 corned beef medium thin sliced
- 10 swiss cheese slices
- 14 oz can of sauerkraut drained
- Butter melted (I like to use Kerrygold butter)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Lay out corned beef slices on parchment paper. Add a slice of swiss cheese to each corned beef slice. Spoon a tablespoon of sauerkraut and spread on top of cheese slice.
Roll up the corned beef slices. Brush the tops with melted butter. Bake for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately with Keto Thousand Island dressing.
