Keto Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 bag Broccoli Slaw
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Chicken Broth
  • 3 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 ½ tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • Pinch of Sesame Seeds
  • Green Onion for Topping
  • 6 tsp Hot Sauce optional

Instructions

  • Heat a pan on medium heat and add the pork and sautee.
  • After the pork has sauteed add the chicken broth and soy sauce while the pork is cooking and stir for 1-2 mins.
  • Then add garlic, ginger, and hot sauce, stir for 1-2 mins or until the pork is cooked.
  • When the pork is cooked to your liking add the cabbage and only 2 tsp of the sesame oil and turn down the heat to low.
  • Stir and cook to soften the cabbage to how you want it.  
  • You can add more sesame oil, soy sauce and hot sauce to the dish if you want to your liking.
  • Add a pinch of sesame seeds and top with green onions.
  • Serve immediately in a bowl with chopsticks.
