- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 bag Broccoli Slaw
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp Chicken Broth
- 3 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 ½ tsp Ground Ginger
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- Pinch of Sesame Seeds
- Green Onion for Topping
- 6 tsp Hot Sauce optional
Heat a pan on medium heat and add the pork and sautee.
After the pork has sauteed add the chicken broth and soy sauce while the pork is cooking and stir for 1-2 mins.
Then add garlic, ginger, and hot sauce, stir for 1-2 mins or until the pork is cooked.
When the pork is cooked to your liking add the cabbage and only 2 tsp of the sesame oil and turn down the heat to low.
Stir and cook to soften the cabbage to how you want it.
You can add more sesame oil, soy sauce and hot sauce to the dish if you want to your liking.
Add a pinch of sesame seeds and top with green onions.
Serve immediately in a bowl with chopsticks.
