- 4 cups shredded cabbage with carrots
- 2 tbsp green onion sliced finely
- 3 tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp celery seed
Combine green onion, Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener, vinegar, sour cream, salt, white pepper and celery seed in a bowl and mix together.
Add cabbage to the mixture and mix together.
Add more sweetener, salt or pepper if desired.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Store any leftovers in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
