Keto Creamy Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage with carrots
  • 2 tbsp green onion sliced finely
  • 3 tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp celery seed

Instructions

  • Combine green onion, Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener, vinegar, sour cream, salt, white pepper and celery seed in a bowl and mix together. 
  • Add cabbage to the mixture and mix together. 
  • Add more sweetener, salt or pepper if desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  • Store any leftovers in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
