Wash chicken and set aside.
Add bag of BBQ pork rinds to a food processor and process till there are crumbles.
Put BBQ pork rind crumbles in a medium size bowl.
Crack eggs and add them to a bowl and whisk together. Make an assembly line of chicken wings, then egg wash, then pork rind crumbles.
Dip a chicken wing in egg wash, then dip in pork rind crumbles and add to air fryer.
Repeat process until you have a single layer of chicken wings filling the air fryer basket.
Cook at 390 degrees F for 20 minutes flipping them halfway.
Repeat process if you have more chicken wings to cook.
Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing.
