Keto Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • Fresh Chicken Wings
  • 3-4 Large Eggs
  • Bag of BBQ Pork Rinds
  • Any of your favorite spices optional

Instructions

  • Wash chicken and set aside.
  • Add bag of BBQ pork rinds to a food processor and process till there are crumbles. 
  • Put BBQ pork rind crumbles in a medium size bowl.
  • Crack eggs and add them to a bowl and whisk together. Make an assembly line of chicken wings, then egg wash, then pork rind crumbles.
  • Dip a chicken wing in egg wash, then dip in pork rind crumbles and add to air fryer.
  • Repeat process until you have a single layer of chicken wings filling the air fryer basket. 
  • Cook at 390 degrees F for 20 minutes flipping them halfway. 
  • Repeat process if you have more chicken wings to cook.
  • Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing.
