Jack Frost Cocktail

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Vanilla vodka
  • ½ cup Blue Curacao
  • 1 cups Pineapple juice
  • ½ cup Cream of coconut
  • 4 cups ice
  • Sanding sugar
  • Karo syrup

Instructions

  • Start by rimming your cocktail glass with sanding sugar. Dip the rim of the glass in karo syrup, then dip it into a plate filled with sanding sugar.
  • In a blender, combine ice, pineapple juice, blue curacao, cream of coconut, and vanilla vodka. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Once blended, pour the mixture into your prepared glasses and enjoy!

Notes

  • Chill glasses in freezer for about 30 minutes before pouring.
  • Add 4 more cups of ice if you want it thicker.
  • If making a frozen version, it can be stored in the fridge for a few hours if needed but best if consumed right away. Freezing is not recommended.
  • On the rocks, can be stored in the fridge.
