Jack Frost Cocktail

- ½ cup Vanilla vodka
- ½ cup Blue Curacao
- 1 cups Pineapple juice
- ½ cup Cream of coconut
- 4 cups ice
- Sanding sugar
- Karo syrup
Start by rimming your cocktail glass with sanding sugar. Dip the rim of the glass in karo syrup, then dip it into a plate filled with sanding sugar.
In a blender, combine ice, pineapple juice, blue curacao, cream of coconut, and vanilla vodka. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Once blended, pour the mixture into your prepared glasses and enjoy!
- Chill glasses in freezer for about 30 minutes before pouring.
- Add 4 more cups of ice if you want it thicker.
- If making a frozen version, it can be stored in the fridge for a few hours if needed but best if consumed right away. Freezing is not recommended.
