of milk

Instructions
How to Make Homemade Pancake Mix
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Store the mix in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
How to Make the Pancakes
In a bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter or oil.
Add in 1 cup of homemade pancake mix and stir until just combined (don't overmix, lumps in the batter are okay).
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
Using a ladle or measuring cup, pour batter onto the skillet or griddle.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to look set, then flip and cook for an additional minute or two on the other side.
Serve with your favorite toppings such as whipped cream or sprinkles and enjoy!
Notes
You can add different mix ins such as chocolate chips or blueberries to the batter before cooking.
