Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs. ground beef 80/20
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • Splash of milk
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 ½ cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Step One: To make the feet meatloaf, start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Step Two: Mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, ketchup, milk, and onion soup mix in a bowl.
  • Step Three: Once everything is evenly mixed, shape it into two "feet" shapes on the lined baking sheet. Make sure to press down firmly so that the mixture holds together well. Form an ankle at the back of the foot and hollow it out for the ankles bones.
  • Step Four: Slice an onion in half. Cut 10 onion slivers for the toenails. Add the sliced onion cut size up into the hollowed parts. Cut and shape 5 toes on each foot and add toenails. Brush ketchup around the ankle bones to look like blood.
  • Step Five: Bake for 50 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • To Store: If you have any meatloaf leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
