Garlic Parmesan Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts trimmed and cut in half
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil divided
  • ½ tsp. Garlic powder
  • ¼ C. Crushed pork rind crumbs
  • ¼ C. Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
  • Add the brussel sprouts to a mixing bowl, and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
  • Place the brussels sprouts into a parchment lined tray or fry basket, and cook for 8-10 minutes when they have softened and begun to brown and turn crispy.
  • In a bowl, combine the other tablespoon of olive oil, parmesan cheese and pork rind crumbs. Stir to combine, and then sprinkle the mixture over the brussels sprouts.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until crispy.
