Fruity Easter Dip
This Fruity Dip is a cream cheese dip with pink pastel color, sprinkles and a sweet fruity flavor. It’s the perfect, quick and easy dessert dip to serve for Easter.
Servings: 2 cups
Ingredients
- ½ cup pineapple chunks
- ½ cup maraschino cherries
- ½ cup mandarin oranges
- 2 (8oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup light pink candy melts or any bright pastel candy melts
- Confetti sprinkles, spring colors
Instructions
- Drain the juices of all fruit.
- In a bowl, mix pineapple and cherries, mashing with a fork, then drain.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Combine with pineapples and cherries, then add mandarin oranges.
- Melt candy melts in microwave in 30 second intervals stirring in between. Mix melted candy melts with the fruit dip, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Top with sprinkles or spring candy before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
