Fruity Easter Dip

This Fruity Dip is a cream cheese dip with pink pastel color, sprinkles and a sweet fruity flavor. It’s the perfect, quick and easy dessert dip to serve for Easter.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup maraschino cherries
  • ½ cup mandarin oranges
  • 2 (8oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup light pink candy melts or any bright pastel candy melts
  • Confetti sprinkles, spring colors

Instructions

  • Drain the juices of all fruit.
  • In a bowl, mix pineapple and cherries, mashing with a fork, then drain.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Combine with pineapples and cherries, then add mandarin oranges.
  • Melt candy melts in microwave in 30 second intervals stirring in between. Mix melted candy melts with the fruit dip, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Top with sprinkles or spring candy before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
