Ingredients
7-8
boneless pork chops
1
(16 ounce)
container sour cream French onion dip
3
ounces
crispy fried onions
2
cups
shredded cheese
Colby Jack or cheddar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a 9X13 baking dish with cooking spray and add pork chops to the bottom of baking dish.
Spread French onion dip evenly over top pork chops until fully covered.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over top then crispy fried onions.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Place leftovers in an airtight container. Store in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
