Football Shaped Cheese Ball
Impress your guests with this delicious and unique cheese ball shaped like a football! It's easy to make and decorate for your game day celebration!
Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
- ΒΌ cup green onion diced
- 1 cup real bacon crumbles
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green onions and bacon.
- Form the cheese mixture into a ball on a piece of plastic wrap, cover and place in fridge for 2 hours.
- Place the cheese ball on a piece of parchment paper or on the charcuterie board and shape into a football shape.
- Choose chopped pecans, bacon crumbles, pepperoni or a mixture of the three and gently press onto the cheese ball and sides until coated.
- Cut a string cheese to make the laces and place on top.
- Serve with crackers, pretzels or sliced vegetables for dipping.
Notes
Store remaining leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
