Dr. Seuss Put Me In The Zoo Cupcakes
Servings: 24 Cupcakes
Ingredients
- Vanilla box Cupcake Mix oil, eggs and water for box cake mix ingredients
- 2 Tubs of Yellow Frosting
- 14 oz. Bag of Skittles
You will also need
- Large mixing bowl
- Hand/stand mixer
- Cupcake pans
- cupcake liners
- Decorating bag
- Large star decorating tip
- Spoon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line 2 cupcake pans with cupcake liners.
- Prepare your cake mix by mixing together the cake mix, oil and eggs as directed on the box.
- Scoop out the batter into your cupcake liners, filling each cup ½ way full.
- Bake for 15 minutes and let cool.
- Scoop the yellow frosting into a decorating bag with a star tip at the bottom.
- Frost each cupcake from the center working your way out.
- Top with skittles for spots.
