Cottontail Martini
A Cottontail Martini is the perfect Easter cocktail to add a little springtime cheer to your holiday celebration. Creamy coconut flavor with a bunny tail marshmallow makes this the cutest cocktail ever!
Ingredients
- 2 oz Coconut Rum
- 2 oz Coconut Milk
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- Ice Cubes
- Vanilla Frosting
- Coconut Flakes
- Large Marshmallow
- 2 oz Vanilla Vodka
Instructions
- Step 1 - Prepare the glass: Coat the rim of the glass with vanilla frosting. Roll in coconut flakes and set aside to allow to harden.
- Step 2 - Mix the drink: Add ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Pour in the vanilla vodka, coconut rum, pineapple juice and coconut milk. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds or until well-chilled. Strain into prepared martini glass.
- Step 3 - Garnish & enjoy: Cut a slit in a large marshmallow and place it on the rim of the glass to create a bunny tail. Cheers!
