Add cornflakes cereal to a large bowl and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt butter and marshmallows over low heat stirring continuously until melted.

Add in vanilla and green food gel and stir together.

Remove from heat. Pour mixture over cornflakes and carefully mix until fully combined.

Lay out wax paper on counter or table. Place a small amount of butter in a dish.

Drop spoonfuls of cornflake mixture on wax paper. Dip fingertips into butter and shape into wreaths. Add red candies.

Allow to harden and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
