Cheeseburger Sliders

Cheeseburger Sliders are packed with traditional burger ingredients, crafted into bite-sized sandwiches. Perfect for potlucks, football gatherings, or a simple weeknight dinner option.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 12 count Hawaiian rolls
  • ½ onion diced
  • 6 large slices of white American cheddar
  • tablespoons burger seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Add ground beef to a bowl along burger seasoning and combine together.
  • Press the seasoned ground beef evenly into the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauted onions until translucent and fragrant.
  • Slice Hawaiian Rolls lengthwise and place in the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish.
  • Layer the rolls with the slab of cooked ground beef, cheese and onions.
  • Add top buns. Brush will melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds over top. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Slice individually and enjoy!

Notes

Place leftovers in an airtight container. Store in fridge and consume within 4 days. Reheat in microwave to desired temperature.
