Bunny Bait Snack Mix
Bunny Bait also called "Easter Bunny Snack Mix," is a delicious treat for Easter. Easy to make & customized with your favorite ingredients.
Servings: 12 servings
Ingredients
- 3 cups rice Chex cereal
- 3 cups pretzel sticks can break into pieces
- 1 (9.2oz.) bag peanut M&M's
- 1 (11.5oz.) bag white chocolate chips
- pastel sprinkles
Instructions
- Add Chex cereal and pretzels to a large bowl.
- Melt white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between or using a double boiler until smooth and creamy. Make sure not to overheat it!
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the dry ingredients and toss everything together gently to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the M&M candies and Easter sprinkles over top and let it cool until the chocolate hardens.
- Once set, break up into pieces.
- Serve as is or package your Bunny Bait Snack Mix in cute jars or bags tied with ribbon for gifting or snacking.
Notes
Store in an airtight container or Ziplock bag at room temperature.
