Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup milk I used almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender or a personal blender except for the chocolate chips and blend together.
  • Add the blended mix to an oven safe dish and add as many chocolate chips as you would like and bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle just like a cake.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
