Ingredients

  • lbs. boneless skinless chicken cut into chunks
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • ½ cup Frank's red hot sauce

Instructions

  • Start by cutting up skinless, boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces. Remove any excess fat or gristle from the chicken to ensure that it cooks evenly. Add the chicken chunks to a bowl.
  • In a small bowl add garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, salt and black pepper together and mix together. Sprinkle over top of chicken chunks and mix together until fully coated.
  • In a separate bowl, add butter and melt in microwave. Add in the hot sauce and place chicken chunks in the buffalo sauce mixture and mix until fully coated.
  • Place chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to cook at around 400°F for about 8 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  • Remove the buffalo chicken bites from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. Pair with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in microwave to desired temperature.
