- 1.5 lbs Grapes approximately 4 cups
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons White Sugar or to taste
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Crushed Pecans
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
Wash and pat dry grapes thoroughly.
In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sugar and vanilla extract. Taste and add more of any of the ingredients if needed.
Add the grapes to the dressing and stir until all grapes are completely covered.
Chill grape salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
When ready to serve, mix the brown sugar and crushed pecans together in a bowl to form a crumb topping.
Sprinkle the pecan-sugar mixture over the grape salad. Serve either from the full bowl or individual servings.
Recipe Variations
- You can use sour cream in place of Greek yogurt.
- Cream cheese may be low fat but do not use fat-free.
- Can also add diced apples to the mix for more crispness.
- Swap out pecans for walnuts if desired.
