Grape Salad

Grape Salad is the perfect side dish to serve at your next get-together. Sweet, creamy and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Grapes approximately 4 cups
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons White Sugar or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Crushed Pecans
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

Instructions

  • Wash and pat dry grapes thoroughly.
  • In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sugar and vanilla extract. Taste and add more of any of the ingredients if needed.
  • Add the grapes to the dressing and stir until all grapes are completely covered.
  • Chill grape salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • When ready to serve, mix the brown sugar and crushed pecans together in a bowl to form a crumb topping.
  • Sprinkle the pecan-sugar mixture over the grape salad. Serve either from the full bowl or individual servings.

Notes

Recipe Variations

  • You can use sour cream in place of Greek yogurt.
  • Cream cheese may be low fat but do not use fat-free.
  • Can also add diced apples to the mix for more crispness.
  • Swap out pecans for walnuts if desired.
