  • Bacon as much as you can fit on a baking sheet

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • Lay uncooked bacon in a single layer on top of the foil or parchment paper.
  • Cook according to times listed below. For more crispy bacon, cook a little bit longer.
  • Once cooked, take baking sheet out of oven and blot bacon with a paper towel to remove access grease.
  • Serve immediately.

Tips for Perfectly Cooked Bacon Every Time

  • Not all bacon is the same. Thickness does matter and will require different cook times.
  • Don't forget the baking sheet liner! Foil or parchment paper with make an easy clean up and a way for the bacon grease to catch on.
  • For crispier bacon, place an oven safe wire rack on top of a baking sheet with foil underneath. Lay bacon in a single layer on top of rack and cook.
  • Don't flip it! That's the beauty of cooking bacon in the oven. No need to flip halfway and cooks even every time.
