- 1/2 cup Lily’s baking chips
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup almond butter
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals until completely melted. Add in almond butter and coconut oil and repeat in microwave until completely melted. About 1 minute.
Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper and pour fudge into the bottom. Let sit in the fridge or freezer for about 1-2 hours to cool completely and harden up.
Slice and serve immediately.
