5 Layer Taco Dip

- 1 8 oz. Package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 8 oz. of Sour Cream
- 1 Packet of Taco Seasoning
- 16 oz. of Mild Salsa
- 1 8 oz. Package of Mild Shredded Cheese
- 1 Small bag of Shredded Lettuce
- 2 Large Red Tomatoes diced
- 1 Small can of Black Sliced Olives
Add cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning and mild salsa to a large bowl.
Beat with a mixer 1-2 minutes or until cream cheese is not clumpy.
Pour mixture into a shallow glass pan.
Add a layer of lettuce on top.
Add a layer of tomatoes.
Add a layer of cheese.
Add a layer of olives.
Cover and place in fridge for 1-2 hours.
Enjoy with chips, veggies, etc.
Storing Taco Dip
Any leftover dip needs to be stored in the fridge in an airtight container. This taco dip will store for 2-3 days. I find that the lettuce and tomatoes will be the first thing to go bad on this, as it wilts.
You can make a double batch for serving more people, or cut down the size by half if you don't want to make as much dip.
