Crab Melts

These cheesy Crab Melts on English muffins are a great party appetizer. They are easy to make and packed with flavor from the combination of canned crab, old English cheese, and spices.

Ingredients

  • 5 oz Old English cheese spread
  • 1 stick margarine softened
  • 6 oz canned crabmeat drained
  • ½ tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 ½ tbsp mayo
  • 8 Bays English Muffins halved
  • Dash of garlic salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine all of the ingredients except the English muffins in a bowl and mix together.
  • Cut the English muffins in half and place on a lined baking sheet. Spread the fake crab mixture on each muffin half.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. For more crispy, broil for a few minutes (while keeping an eye on them).
  • When they are finished cooking use a pizza cutter and cut the muffin halves into 6 triangles.

Notes

This recipe can be frozen and then baked before serving.
