White Chocolate Chex Mix
White Chocolate Chex Mix is a mix of sweet and savory. This snack is perfect for your holiday gathering and is sure to be a hit with friends and family.
Ingredients
- 3 cups rice chex
- 3 cups corn chex
- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 1 cup dry roasted peanuts
- 1 lb. white chocolate
- mini red and green M&M's
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add cereal, nuts, pretzels, red and green M&M's and set aside.
- Melt chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over top the cereal, nuts and pretzels, stirring gently to evenly coat all.
- Spread the mixture out onto a sheet of wax paper and let it cool for about 20 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.
- Break the mixture into small pieces and enjoy!
