Snow Ice Cream
Snow Ice Cream is a simple and delicious treat to make with the kids, especially on snow days and only requires a few ingredients to make!
Ingredients
Snow Ice Cream Ingredients with Condensed Milk
- This is the ingredients we used.
- 8 cups fresh clean snow
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Snow Ice Cream Ingredients with Evaporated Milk
- ½ can evaporated milk
- ⅔ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 cups fresh clean snow
Instructions
- In a bowl, add condensed milk and vanilla extract and whisk to combine. If you're using evaporated milk add sugar, vanilla and evaporated milk in a bowl and whisk to combine.
- Gather 8 cups of fresh, clean snow and pour mixture over top stirring to combine. Add more snow if needed until you get the consistency of ice cream. You may need to add more sugar also to taste if adding more snow.
- Scoop into bowls and decorate if you wish with sprinkles or other toppings.
