Ingredients

  • 3 pounds boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  • Place chicken in the bottom of a slow cooker. Season with salt, cumin, chili powder and dried oregano. Add minced garlic on top. Pour in chicken broth, lime juice and orange juice.
  • Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
  • Shred chicken with 2 forks and serve in tortillas with your favorite toppings.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • Freeze in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
