- 1 pound lean ground beef
- Small red bell pepper diced
- Small green bell pepper diced
- Half of an onion diced
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 ¾ cup beef broth
- 3 cups rotini noodles
In a large skillet saute ground beef, peppers, onion and garlic until the beef is cooked through and drain off any grease.
Add BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, brown sugar, beef broth and noodles to the pan and stir together.
Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15 minutes or until the noodles are cooked through and serve.
- Refrigerator: Allow to cool and place in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- Freezer: Divide into individual portions or place all in freezer safe containers or ziploc bag and freezer for up to 2 months.
- Reheat: If frozen, thaw out in fridge overnight. Reheat to desired temperature in microwave.
