Sloppy Joe Pasta

This Sloppy Joe Pasta is a quick and easy dinner that your family will love! It’s loaded with flavor, and made in one pot for easy clean up!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • Small red bell pepper diced
  • Small green bell pepper diced
  • Half of an onion diced
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 ¾ cup beef broth
  • 3 cups rotini noodles

Instructions

  • In a large skillet saute ground beef, peppers, onion and garlic until the beef is cooked through and drain off any grease.
  • Add BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, brown sugar, beef broth and noodles to the pan and stir together.
  • Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15 minutes or until the noodles are cooked through and serve.

Notes

  • Refrigerator: Allow to cool and place in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • Freezer: Divide into individual portions or place all in freezer safe containers or ziploc bag and freezer for up to 2 months.
  • Reheat: If frozen, thaw out in fridge overnight. Reheat to desired temperature in microwave.
