Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the crust. Add Oreo cookies to a food processer an pulse until into crumbs. Add cookie crumbs and melted butter to a bowl and stir until combined. Press the cookie crumbs into the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish.
Step 2: Prepare the Jello. In a small bowl add cherry gelatin and ⅓ cup boiling water. Whisk together until combined and most of the gelatin is dissolved. Repeat with the blue gelatin.
Step 3: Prepare the pudding. In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry pudding mixes and milk until combined.
Step 4: Prepare the red layer. Whisk half the pudding mixture into the cherry gelatin.
Step 5: Prepare the blue layer. Whisk half the pudding mixture into the blue gelatin.
Step 6: Prepare the white layer. In a large bowl using an electric mixer combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 container of whipped topping.
Step 7: Assemble the layers. Spread the white layer over the cookie crust. Spread the red layer on top of that and the blue layer on top of the red, carefully so you don't mix them.
