Ingredients
1cupof homemade pancake mix
1cupof milk
1egg
Food Coloring
Airhead Extreme Rainbow Candy
Whipped Cream
Homemade Pancake Mix Ingredients (this will make more than what you need and can be stored for later cut recipe in half)
4cupsall-purpose flour
4tablespoonsgranulated sugar
2tablespoonsbaking powder
2teaspoonsbaking soda
1teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Mix pancake batter as directed on the box or by using my homemade pancake mix.
Separate into bowls and add food coloring to each bowl until you get the desired color and mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium-low heat.
Using one color at a time, pour pancake batter into heated pan or griddle. Cook until bubbles appear on top and look like they are about to pop (about 40-50 seconds) and flip.
Cook on other side for the same amount of time. Repeat with all colors until all pancake batter is gone.
Stack pancakes and serve with a rainbow and clouds on top by using a rainbow airhead and 2 dollops of whipped cream connecting or with syrup.

If using boxed pancake mix, use ingredients and directions on box.
