Lay a piece of wax paper on a large baking sheet. In a bowl, add white chocolate melts and melt in microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between until melted.

Take 5-7 pretzel sticks, dipping one pretzel at a time into the white chocolate about halfway up the pretzels. Line up the dipped pretzels on the wax paper next to each other, letting the chocolate touch.

Repeat with the remaining pretzels. Place in fridge for about 5 minutes to set.

Dip the bundle pretzels again in white melted chocolate for a second coat. Let excess drip off, create clean edges by sliding it over the edge of the bowl. Allow to harden on the counter or in the fridge.

In a bowl, melt dark chocolate melts in microwave in 30 second increments stirring in between until melted.

Take the bundle of white chocolate pretzels and dip the non chocolate side into the dark chocolate. Let excess drip off, create clean edges by sliding it over the edge of the bowl. Allow to harden on counter or in the fridge.

Take the bundle of chocolate sided pretzels and dip again for a second coat and allow to harden.

Place a single pretzel on a fork and dip into dark chocolate till covered and let excess dip off.

Place the single chocolate dipped pretzel on an angle where the dark chocolate and white chocolate meet to make the brim of the hat.

On the white chocolate, make two eyes and four dots for the mouth with the black writing gel. Make a carrot nose with the orange gel.

Make a large dot on the hat with black gel and place a winter sprinkle on top.

Place in fridge for about 30 minutes to 1 hour to harden.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
