Pistachio Martini
Impress your friends at your next happy hour with a Pistachio Martini. This cocktail is a modern twist on the classic martini recipe with a sweet and nutty flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Amoretto
- 2 oz Baileys
- 1 oz Blue Curacao
- 1 oz Vodka
- Chocolate Frosting
- Crushed Pistachios
- Whipped Cream
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Add ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Pour in Amoretto, Baileys, vodka and Blue Curaçao.
- Shake well for 30 seconds to combine or until well chilled.
- Apply a thin layer of chocolate frosting around the rim of a martini glass and roll in pistachios.
- Strain martini in cocktail glass and garnish with whipped cream. Cheers!
