Ingredients
1cuppretzelscrushed
½cupbuttermelted
1cupgranulated sugar
8ouncescream cheese
20ouncesunsweetened crushed pineappledrained
About 4 ½ cups cool whip1 ½ 8 ounce containers
Instructions
Step 1: Prep. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Prepare pretzels. In a medium bowl, toss together crushed pretzels, melted butter, and ½ cup sugar. Spread the pretzel mixture out evenly onto the parchment paper and bake for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
Step 3: Prepare the cream cheese mixture. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, until smooth. Mix in remaining ½ cup granulated sugar, crushed pineapple, and cool whip, until well combined.
Step 4: Chill. Place pineapple pretzel fluff in fridge and allow to chill for at least an hour uncovered.
Step 5: Serve. Add fluff to a serving bowl, mix in crushed pretzels and serve with extra pretzels for dipping.
Notes
To Store: Place in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. DO NOT Freeze! Pineapple pretzel fluff does not freeze well at all and do not recommend.
