In a large resealable plastic bag, add all of the ingredients except chicken. Seal plastic bag and squish ingredients together so they are thoroughly combined.
Place a piece of saran wrap on counter and place chicken on top of saran wrap. Place another piece of saran wrap on top of the pieces of chicken and beat with a meat tenderizer until they are flat. This will help soak up the marinade.
Add the chicken to the plastic bag and work the marinade into the chicken making sure it is coating thoroughly. Seal the bag and put in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the chicken to marinate.
Remove the chicken from the bag and place chicken on the grill or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Remove chicken from grill and allow to rest for about 5 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
