Make Ahead Breakfast Bowls

These Breakfast Bowls are great for grabbing on the go before work or school. Easy to make ahead of time and freeze well so they’re always ready!

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1 32 ounce bag Oreida hash brown potatoes
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Basil to taste - optional to season potatoes
  • Thyme to taste - optional to season potatoes
  • Cooking spray
  • Vegetable oil for potatoes
  • Shredded cheese optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients - cook the eggs on stovetop however you like them, bacon on the stovetop or oven and the potatoes per directions on package and season to taste.
  • Prepare the bowls - divide the ingredients among the bowls leaving the lids off and allowing to cool. Optional: Top each bowl with shredded cheese.
  • Freeze - Once cooled, place lids on freezer safe bowls and place in freezer. When ready to serve, take lid off and heat to desired temperature in microwave.
