Low Carb Hot & Spicy Swiss Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded or grated swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup spicy mayo
  • 1 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • Redhot sauce
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 8 slices cooked bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine cream cheese, mayo and swiss cheese in a bowl and use mixer to mix together.
  • Add in green onions and a few drops of Redhot sauce and mix together.
  • Put the mixture into an oven safe dish and smooth out.
  • Crumble bacon and sprinkle it on top of the mixture. 
  • Bake for 20 minutes. 
  • Serve immediately with Keto cheese crackers.
