Keto Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Lily's chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate and coconut oil on low heat on stove or in microwave in 30 second increments and stir.
  • Add half of the chocolate to a muffin tin and freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Add about a teaspoon of natural peanut butter for next layer.
  • Add remaining chocolate and freeze for another 15-20 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
